Beginning Tumbling classes are classes that focus on building the foundations of tumbling including handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, roundoff and bridges and standing backbends

Begining Tumbling Options/Days and Times

Beginning Tumbling

This class will be working on building the foundations of tumbling including Handstands, Cartwheels, Round-offs, Bridge Kick Overs, Back Walkovers and Front Walkovers. No prior experience needed.

Working Walkovers

This class will focus on bridge kick overs front limbers, back walkovers and front walkovers.  The goal of this class will be to master a back walkover and a front walkover.  Athletes must have a cartwheel and roundoff to enroll.
