Welcome to our new Strength and Fitness Program Opportunities!
We are excited to have Coach Margo Hurst, Certified Personal Trainer and Postural Alignment Practitioner partnering with us for a Healthier and Stronger New Year!
We will now be offering Athlete Strength and Conditioning for ages 8-18, and Functional Strength and Fat Loss Group Classes for ages 18+
In addition all KCAC athletes and family members will receive discounted rates for all Postural Alignment Therapy Programs.



Strength & Functional Fitness Classes
KCAC Functional Fitness Classes: 45min class for ages 18+ focused on Increasing bone density, gain strength, balance and mobility for fat loss and longevity!
CLASS DAYS & TIME
Mon: 8am, 8:30am, 5:45pm
Wed: 8am, 8:30am, 9am
Thurs: 6pm
Fri: 8am, 8:30am, 9am

Athlete Strength and Conditioning. 30min class for ages 8 - 18yrs focused on endurance, speed, tumbling power, athletic strength and injury prevention.

ALIGNMENT THERAPY
