PRESCHOOL CLASSES
TOT SPOT
Your child will have the opportunity to develop social skills and independence, work on gross motor skills through gym/tumbling time, and experience creative sensory play.

SCHOLARS
We combine Academics and Exercise together to create a fun learning environment, preparing athletes for brain function and fine motor skills used in elementary education.

BEGINNER CLASSES
TINY
TUMBLE
Tiny Tumbling is a great way to introduce tumbling to your ages 3-5 athlete. Your child will learn their first tumbling skills under the guidance of a credentialed coach that will teach proper technique while having a great time.
CARTWHEELS
TO KICK OVERS
This class will continue working on building the foundations of tumbling including round-offs, cartwheels, and bridge kick overs. Athlete MUST have the beginning foundations of a cartwheel to enroll in this class.
WORKING
WALK OVERS
This LEVEL 1 class will focus on bridge kick overs, front limbers, back walkovers and front walkovers. The goal of this class will be to master a backbend kickover and a front limber on the floor without a spot. Athletes MUST have a backbend kickover and handstand to enroll.
PERFECTING WALK OVERS &
VALDEZ
This LEVEL 1 class will work drills for perfecting front and back walkovers and Valdez . Athletes must have a backwalkover and frontwalkover without a spot to enroll
INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
FRONT
TUMBLING
This LEVEL 2/3 class will work front tumbling drills to strengthen front walkovers and begin working front flysprings. The requirements for this class is a solid front walkover on the floor without a spot.
BACK HANDSPRINGS
This LEVEL 2 class will focus on drills for beginning back handsprings to strengthening back handsprings. The goal of this class will be to begin connecting back handsprings. Athletes MUST have their front & back walkover with straight legs & arms, with pointed toes & control, solid & consistent to enroll.
MULTIPLE BACK
HAND SPRINGS
The goal of this class will be to connect five back handsprings gaining speed. Athletes MUST have a standing Back Handspring & a Round off Back Handspring that consistently hits a handstand with head in between arms & straight legs to enroll.
MULTIPLES TO
BEGINNING TUCKS
This LEVEL 2/3 class will be to work drills for round off multiple back handsprings, standing multiple back handsprings, and specialties to back handsprings. Athletes will work skills & drills for beginning tucks as well. Athletes MUST have a standing 3 Back Handsprings gaining speed.
ADVANCED CLASSES
TUCKS TRAINING
This LEVEL 3 class will focus on drills for learning a back tuck. The goal for the class is to master a running back tuck. Requirements for the class athlete MUST have a strong roundoff back handspring rebound and standing 5 multiple back handsprings gaining speed.
TUCKS & PUNCH FRONTS
This LEVEL 3 class will focus on drills for learning a back tuck and a punch front. The goal for the class is to master a running back tuck as well as a punch front step out. Requirements for the class athlete MUST have a strong roundoff back handspring rebound and standing 5 multiple back handsprings gaining speed.
BEGINNING TUCKS
This LEVEL 2/3 class will focus on drills for learning a back tuck. The goal for the class is to master a running back tuck. Requirements for the class athlete MUST have a strong roundoff back handspring rebound and standing 5 multiple back handsprings gaining speed.
ELITE CLASSES
SPECIALTIES TO LAYOUTS
This LEVEL 4 class will work toward perfecting layouts and adding front entries to the pass. The goal of this class will be mastering front entry to round off back handspring layout.
PUCH FRONTS TO FRONT FULLS
This LEVEL 4/5 class will work toward higher level front tumbling working punch fronts through to front fulls. The requirements for this class is a solid punch front on the floor without a spot
LAYOUTS TO BEGINNING TWISTING
This LEVEL 4/5 class will work toward perfecting layouts to gaining a solid foundation for twisting skills. The goal of this class will be mastering round off back handspring full. The requirements for this class include a specialty to tuck
FULLS & DOUBLES
This LEVEL 6 class will be focusing on specialty to fulls, standing back handspring to fulls, standing fulls and double fulls. The requirements for this class are a round off back handspring to full as well as jumps to tuck
SPECIALTY CLASSES
DANCE ACRO
Work your dance/acro skills. This class will focus on aerial cartwheel, front aerial, handspring step outs, layout step outs & combinations.
HIGH SCHOOL
TUMBLING
This is a class for middle & high school athletes who would like to get a back handspring or master a back handspring and/or back handspring series. We will condition and work basic tumbling skills up to series back handsprings and round-off series back handspring. If you are new to tumbling this class will work all of the skills leading to BHS as well.
JUMPS TRAINING
Whether it’s for school cheer, all star, or dance/acro, this class will provide the tools and training to have the worlds best jumps!
SCHOOL TRYOUT PREP
Middle school or high school cheer tryout prep. Your athlete will learn cheers and dances similar to those taught at a school tryout. Your athlete will also work their jumps and "spiriting"
