TRYOUT CLINICS
Your athlete will have the opportunity to attend tryout clinics
May 4th-19th to prepare for their final evaluation.

ATHLETE EVALUATION
Final evaluation your athlete will take place on May 19-21st.
Here they will perform the tryout routine for their desired level in front of our coaching staff.
All athletes will be given team placements based their skills and abilities on May 26th.

May 19 – VINTAGE (18+) | 7:30PM – 9:00PM
May 20 – Elite Teams (Ages 12+) | 7:00PM – 9:00PM
May 21 –
Prep Levels 1 & 2 (All Ages) | 4:30PM – 6:00PM
Elite Teams (Ages 8-11) | 6:30PM – 8:30PM

IMPORTANT NOTE:​​
Parents will not be allowed to watch the placement evaluations and are only to be in the building when sizing for practice wear & uniforms.
Our doors are always open and we welcome new athletes all year.

ATHLETE REFERRAL PROGRAM
KCAC continues to offer our referral program for current athletes that bring in NEW athletes to KCAC for the
2026-2027 season.

Refer your friends and get KCAC Credit in your athletes account!
​
If you refer a friend and they become a TEAM athlete for the 2026-20267season, you will receive the following Credit:
​
New member on our Recreational teams: $50 Credit
New member on our Novice/Prep teams: $100 Credit
New member on our Elite teams: $150 Credit
You MUST fill out a Referral Form available at the KCAC front desk in order to be eligible for this program. All KCAC Credit’s will be applied to your account on October 5, 2026.
All referrals must be a member and up-to-date on their account on October 1, 2026 to receive KCAC Credit. KCAC Credit will be awarded to the FIRST referral only.
