Welcome to KCAC we are excited for a New Year with YOU!
Get Ready For The 2024- 2025 season!

Here you will find everything you need to know about KCAC and the teams we offer.
Unlike School, or other program tryouts KCAC offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Tryouts in the "Blue Zone" aren't Tryouts at all rather we offer Team Placements.
Our placement process allows your athlete the opportunity to attend the practices of the team they would like to be placed on, with a final evaluation held during the week of May 14th - 16th.
During the final evaluation your athlete will perform their skills in front of our coaching staff feeling comfortable and confident.
All athletes that attend Team Placements will be offered a position on a team that best fits their skills and abilities.

Our doors are always open and we except new athletes year round. If you are unable to attend our scheduled Team Placement dates and times, please contact Chrissy at ChrissyJohnson@kcaccheer.com
to schedule and evaluation and placement.

*ALL Athletes - for our Elite and Prep Level Teams will attend Placement Evaluations during the week of
May 14th - May 16th.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A Mandatory Parent and Athlete Information Meeting will be held before each Team Placement Time.
You must attend to be given access to enter the Team Placement Evaluation Area.
​
Parents will not be allowed to watch the placement evaluations and are only to be in the building when sizing for practice wear & uniforms.
​
Athlete Referral Program
KCAC continues to offer our referral program for current athletes that bring in NEW athletes to KCAC for the
2024-2025 season.

Refer your friends and get KCAC Credit in your athletes account!
​
If you refer a friend and they become a TEAM athlete for the 2024-2025 season, you will receive the following Credit:
New member on our Recreational teams: $50 Credit
New member on our Novice/Prep teams: $100 Credit
New member on our Elite teams: $150 Credit
You MUST fill out a Referral Form available at the KCAC front desk in order to be eligible for this program. All KCAC Credit’s will be applied to your account on August 1, 2024. All referrals must be a member and up-to-date on their account on August 1st to receive KCAC Credit. KCAC Credit will be awarded to the FIRST referral only.
