Welcome to KCAC we are excited for a New Year with YOU!
Get Ready For The 2026-2027 season!​
Tryouts in the "Blue Zone" have 4 stages.
​
STAGE 1- TRYOUT CLINICS:
Your athlete will have the opportunity to attend tryout clinics
May 4th-19th to prepare for their final evaluation.
​
STAGE 2 - TRYOUT EVALUATION
Final evaluation your athlete will take place on May 19-21st.
Here they will perform their skills in front of our coaching staff feeling comfortable and confident.
All athletes that attend Tryouts will be offered a position on a team that best fits their skills and abilities.

May 19 – VINTAGE | 7:30PM – 9:00PM
May 20 – Ages 12+ (Elite Teams) | 7:00PM – 9:00PM
May 21 –
• Prep Levels 1 & 2 | 4:30PM – 6:00PM
• Ages 8–11 (Elite Teams) | 6:30PM – 8:30PM

STAGE 3 - TEAM PLACEMENTS
Team Placements Sent: May 26

STAGE 4 - THEME REVEAL
Team Theme Reveals will happen: May 27 & 28

Parents will not be allowed to watch the placement evaluations and are only to be in the building when sizing for practice wear & uniforms.

Athlete Referral Program
KCAC continues to offer our referral program for current athletes that bring in NEW athletes to KCAC for the
2026-2027 season.
​
Refer your friends and get KCAC Credit in your athletes account!
​
If you refer a friend and they become a TEAM athlete for the 2026-20267season, you will receive the following Credit:
New member on our Recreational teams: $50 Credit
New member on our Novice/Prep teams: $100 Credit
New member on our Elite teams: $150 Credit
You MUST fill out a Referral Form available at the KCAC front desk in order to be eligible for this program. All KCAC Credit’s will be applied to your account on October 5, 2026.
All referrals must be a member and up-to-date on their account on October 1, 2026 to receive KCAC Credit. KCAC Credit will be awarded to the FIRST referral only.
