STUNTS / TUMBLING CLASSES

We offer classes to help athletes improve their performance in a variety of skills at any level.

 STUNTS/JUMPS

Flyer Flex - Flexibility is a must for this sport! Improve strength and flexibility both in the air and on the floor for jumps.

(MANDATORY CLASS - For ALL current team flyers)

Jumps Class - Learn, improve and master Jump Skills. Work on height, approach, and flexibility.

Beginner athletes 

Beginning Tumbling - building the foundations of tumbling including handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, roundoff and bridges

Walkovers Class - Skills and Drills to master both a forward and backward walkover.

(prerequisite:beginning tumbling cartwheels and roundoff)

intermediate athletes

Beginning Handsprings - Skills and Drills to master both the Front and Back Handspring and prepare for multiples.

(prerequisite: Roundoff Rebound, and Back Walkover without a spot)

Multiple Handsprings and Beginning Tucks - Skills and Drills to master Multiple Back Handspring, Front and Back Tucks and prepare for multiples.

(prerequisite: Back Walkover, Roundoff 2 Back Handsprings, Front Handspring, Standing Back Handspring without a spot.)

Advanced athletes

Layouts and Standing Tucks- Skills and Drills to master Multiple Back Handspring, Front and Back Tucks and prepare for multiples.

(prerequisite: Roundoff 2 Back Handsprings on floor without a spot)

Fulls and Doubles- Skills and Drills to master both standing and running Full Twisting Rotations.

(prerequisite: Roundoff Back Handsprings layout, jumps to tuck)

Advanced Stunts/Flight School- Fly on an experienced CoEd stunt group! This class is for athletes flying at  level  2 - 6 skill ability.

Liability Waiver: Want to try a class? Register for liability waiver here. This waiver does not register for a class, it is simply a liability waiver to participate in a drop in.
